Horses

It all started back in 2011 when friends of our wanted to try driving our oxen, Boss and Cash, and we wanted to try driving their Shire horses. A month later Donnie was driving to Minnesota to pick up our first draft horses Tom and Tim. We could not have done so much without the wonderful friends and mentors we have met along the way. The draft world if filled with passionate and kind folks always willing to help others out. Today, we continue live out our dreams with the help of our family and friends. Whether it is hauling wagons, throwing hay, or shoeing, we appreciate all the support.

Tom

Tom is 18 now and the heart of our farm. He is the mentor to our younger horses, the trainer of new drivers and riders, and everyone's favorite black horse wherever we go.

Snickers & Mike

Snickers and Mike are our go-to Belgian team. Both former pulling horses, these two have become our strongest most steadfast wagon team. Both are attention hogs who demand scratches, kisses, and treats from everyone they meet.

Ryker

Ryker is our 10 year old Belgian. He is a boss in the herd but a baby with people. Riding and driving he does it all!

Terry

A big sweet goofball, Terry, is always the first to come visit and sniff pockets for apples!

TJ & Blue

TJ, Blue, Bear and Kit are the four minis on the farm. Docile and friendly in our front yard, once they are hitched in front of a pulling sled, watch out they are nothing but pulling power machines.

Queen

Everyone's favorite spicy red mare! She may be one of the smaller ones in the herd but she is a leader. Forever full of spirit and heart, she is horse that has pushed Carson and Brooke to become more determined riders.

Beau

New to our farm spring 2025, Beau is Faith's "live every day to the fullest" project. He loves hacking out on a trail and is working with Tom to try out life as a wagon horse as well. Beau is a spotted draft cross.
